I-QU PLUS-1

Overview

I-QU PLUS-1 brings COBOL-like Q-Language access to virtually every file type on the Dorado, with conversational and program modes, batch or demand execution, and a full set of utilities for DMS reorganization and database integrity.

• Data access and program logic via the Q-Language (a COBOL-like language)

• Supports multiple Application Groups and Step Control

• DMS database reorganization support to reduce downtime — minimized unload/reload, ignore set linkage during reload, page-sequence area loads, add new set relationships and pointers, built-in CALC simulator, and broken-link patching
• Includes utilities: QINDEX, QRYSCH, SCHUTL, PBLD, and PFIX
