Installation

PC and Unisys 2200 host installation steps for I-QU ReorgComposer 3R1, including TCP/IP connection prerequisites.

Before you install

Confirm the following with your site communications administrator:

  • TCP/IP connection type: TP0 to an HLC, DCP as an IP router, or Host Gateway Server (HGS)
  • IP address of the host, DCP, or HGS
  • CMS Process or Telcon XEU values for DCA TS and HLC/router (e.g. RSDCSU for DEMAND)

System requirements

  • Approximately 9 MB hard disk space
  • A current supported version of Windows
  • Winsock-compliant TCP/IP stack

PC component setup

  1. Insert the I-QU ReorgComposer setup media (or run IQ2K.exe if downloaded)
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions; accept the defaults whenever possible
  3. After install, run the Begin Here icon for next-step instructions

Host component installation (Unisys 2200)

Performed as a COMUS local install. Run under the security officer's user-id.
